Minute – Verdello – Ascolana – Ogliarola – Messinese


Picking method: hand picked, on nets


Picking period: November – December


Pressing method: traditional jaw crusher with totally cold pressing

Decantation: natural with no filtering


Colour: opaque green with golden reflections


Fragrance: aromatic from fresh olives


Taste: full bodied, fruity and harmonic


Available annual production: about 5,000 bottles each of 750 cls.
